Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Associate Client Executive for Commercial Property & Casualty. The role is a hybrid position based in one of Marsh’s offices including Southfield, MI, with flexibility to work remotely parts of the week.

You will maintain a small book of low-risk accounts, support senior colleagues on larger accounts, and collaborate to identify client needs and risks. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 5+ years in commercial P&C is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a small book of low-risk accounts and assist senior colleagues with larger/complex accounts.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify decision makers and determine services to address client objectives.
• Conduct research to target new buyer hubs and expansion opportunities.
• Analyze data to develop offerings for proposals.
