• Proven experience in client-facing work within commercial insurance or risk management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations within a client service context.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to retain existing clients and support growth.
• Use risk experience to evaluate risks, loss experience, cash flow, and financials; develop solutions and articulate options.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service.
• Serve as a client contact, addressing day-to-day service needs and overseeing deliverables from the service team.
• Cultivate understanding of market conditions and ensure compliance with standards to better serve clients.
