Job summary

Marsh seeks an Associate Account Executive to support Commercial Property & Casualty clients from Miami or Tampa. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days weekly and a client-focused, detail-oriented mindset.

You will partner with Account Executives, analyze risk and financials, coordinate service delivery, and help grow client relationships through strong communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles within commercial insurance or risk management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty markets and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client service activities and support account executives.
• Assist with renewals, midterm changes, and contract reviews.
• Communicate with clients, prepare analytics and risk recommendations.
• Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of services.
