Job summary

Marsh in Dallas is seeking an Associate Client Executive for Commercial Property & Casualty. The role combines client relationship work with independent account management, supporting senior colleagues on complex cases in a hybrid office setting.

You will identify client needs, collaborate across teams, and help expand accounts while maintaining strong retention and service levels. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in commercial P&C insurance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ commercial P&C insurance coverage experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a small book of low-risk accounts and assist senior colleagues with complex accounts.
• Collaborate with senior staff to identify client needs and potential services to address objectives.
• Research target buyer hubs and expansion opportunities to grow accounts.
• Analyze data and prepare offerings for proposals for accounts or prospects.
