Marsh is seeking an Account Executive - Commercial Property and Casualty to join the Client Services team in a hybrid role. You will manage daily client operations, coordinate complex logistics, and lead risk-focused client interactions from strategy to execution.

You will retain existing business while identifying new opportunities, drive growth with the account team, and maintain strong client relationships.

Formación

• Experience evaluating client risk and loss experience.
• Ability to translate risk data into actionable guidance for clients.
• Proven track record in growing and retaining client relationships.
• Strong communication of complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to risk management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate client risks by reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials, and articulate impact across products.
• Retain existing business and partner with Account Management to identify new opportunities.
• Execute growth and retention strategies toward sales goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, prospects, teams, and producers to drive growth.
• Serve as primary client contact, resolving complex needs quickly and professionally.
• Stay ahead of market conditions and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
