Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Commercial Property & Casualty clients in a hybrid Miami/Tampa role. You will work with Account Executives to retain and grow client portfolios while applying risk analysis and financial review to craft solutions for insureds.

The role emphasizes strong client service, relationship development, and knowledge of property & casualty markets, with the flexibility to coordinate contract reviews, renewals, and midterm changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing work within commercial insurance or risk management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance markets, standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to retain existing clients, and support growth.
• Use risk experience to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials; develop solutions; articulate the impact of options; leverage analytics; and make recommendations to clients across the commercial risk portfolio of policies.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Serve as a client contact, responding to day-to-day client service needs, and overseeing deliverables provided by the service team including managing contract reviews, renewal cycles, midterm changes, proof of insurance, invoicing, etc.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and ensure compliance with all standards to better serve clients.
