Job summary

Marsh seeks a seasoned Associate Client Executive for Commercial Property & Casualty. The role focuses on managing a small, low-risk book, expanding relationships, and supporting senior colleagues on complex accounts. Hybrid work across Marsh offices in Dallas, Pittsburg, Cleveland, and Southfield offers diversity and exposure.

You will collaborate with senior staff, identify client needs, and foster key decision-maker relationships while expanding services aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business and assist senior colleagues with maintaining and expanding large or complex accounts.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers and account needs to determine services and products.
• Conduct research to target new buyer hubs and expansion opportunities and to understand market trends.
• Analyze data to develop offerings for proposal work for accounts or prospects.
