CrowdStrike is seeking a Program Manager III to lead large‑scale platform and sensor engineering initiatives from Sunnyvale in a hybrid role. You will partner with platform and cloud teams, drive AI‑enhanced workflows, and manage 100+ engineers across geographies while delivering on strategic objectives.

Your experience should include Jira/Agile leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and a track record of shaping program roadmaps and milestones in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers.
• Expert Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios, scoping requirements and milestones.
• Strong organizational awareness with cross-functional stakeholders in dispersed portfolios.
• Ability to translate complex technical conversations into actionable items and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform, cloud, and sensor teams to drive deliverables and executive updates.
• Develop and maintain schedules for sensor platform initiatives across geographies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, dependencies, and risk management across portfolios.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows to automate routine program tasks and improve visibility.
• Coach distributed teams and manage stakeholder expectations with clear communications.
• Provide technical context for decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
