Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead large-scale sensor foundations programs across platform and cloud engineering, while driving AI-enhanced workflows.

You will partner with global teams, manage dependencies, and deliver strategic projects that strengthen our endpoint security platform. Hybrid role with on-site presence in Sunnyvale or Redmond, visiting 2–3 times per week, and collaborating across Europe and the United States to align priorities and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers.
• Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Strong organizational awareness with ability to navigate complex structures and manage cross-functional stakeholders across dispersed portfolios.
• Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations and provide action-oriented summaries.
• Attention to detail with timely decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Excel at proactively driving results while supporting technical teams.
• AI development capabilities: hands-on with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and related tools.
• Ability to build Claude skills, AI workflows, and prompt engineering solutions.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise workflows and tools.
• Light development in Python or Go for AI automation scripts.
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Leadership & communication across timezones; collaboration across divisions.
• Platform engineering domain knowledge: infrastructure, build systems, cloud, monitoring.
• Bonus: experience with platform engineering tooling, AI deployment, sensor tech, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional platform engineering and sensor domain teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Develop AI-powered tooling and dashboards to automate workflows and surface insights.
• Coordinate globally dispersed teams and provide executive updates on program status.
