Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a two-year training program in a hybrid role to build sales experience, product knowledge and customer relationships in a designated territory.

You will learn our sales processes, conduct prospecting and relationship management, and work toward becoming a sales representative while receiving a benefits package including health and retirement plans and mileage/cell phone reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer and associates' locations within assigned geographic area.
• Compliance with BYOD policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively prospect new customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan each week in advance to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality, highlighting American-made items.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using our training programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
