Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and invest in American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
