The position involves relationship management within a designated territory, cold calling, planning, product demonstrations, and hitting sales goals through our proven programs; compensation includes a first-year range with salary plus bonus and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• The ability to travel within the assigned geographic area to meet customers and attend company meetings.
• BYOD policy compliance and use of personal electronic device as required.
• Willingness to sign/adhere to the Employment Agreement and any amendments.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Cold calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business by targeting potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value; emphasize American-made offerings.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas via company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
