Total Comfort, part of American Residential Services, is hiring In-Home HVAC Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade heating and cooling systems. You will meet with homeowners to evaluate current equipment and present customized solutions based on comfort needs.

This is a full-time, year-round role with warm leads, a one-call close approach, and uncapped commissions. Training salary transitions to a draw, with weekly settlements, benefits after 31 days,

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces to inspect equipment.

Responsabilités

• Meet homeowners to evaluate current heating and cooling systems.
• Present customized replacement solutions based on comfort needs.
• Assess HVAC system replacement needs during scheduled appointments.
• Inspect equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide financing options and close sales in a one-call environment.
• Deliver professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Collaborate with installation teams for smooth handoffs.
• Lead flow is steady but may fluctuate with seasonality.
