Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative (Comfort Advisor) to meet homeowners, assess their heating and cooling systems, and present customized replacement options. You will discuss financing, close sales in a one-call close environment, and coordinate with installation teams for a seamless handoff.

This role offers a 100% pre-qualified leads program, a company vehicle and gas card, comprehensive benefits, and the potential for a six-figure income.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, one-call-close in a residential in-home setting preferred.
• Proven sales track record and competitive spirit.
• Willingness to work weekends and follow up with customers.

Responsabilités

• Meet homeowners to evaluate existing systems and present replacement solutions.
• Schedule and conduct consultations to assess HVAC replacement needs.
• Inspect equipment to determine scope and pricing; access attic, crawlspace, or mechanical areas as needed.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and replacements; discuss financing options.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment; ensure smooth handoff to installation team.
