Job summary

EMCOR Mesa Energy seeks an Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships across vertical markets, promoting HVAC services, energy efficiency products, and retrofit solutions. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to maximize opportunities and exceed sales plans.

The role emphasizes presentations, pricing, and maintaining client communications while supporting revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong customer presentation, sales aptitude and financial acumen.
• Independent decision making and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and client proposals, including pricing models.
• Manage pricing, payments, and A/R; QA support and industry events.
• Deliver client presentations and promote energy efficiency offerings.
• Coordinate with Operations, chiller teams, and sales to grow account profitability.
• Achieve annual sales plans and contribute to margin targets.
