Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy in California is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture client relationships across vertical markets, promoting maintenance, repair, replacement, service, and energy-efficiency offerings to grow Mesa products and services. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to maximize opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and develop prospective client relationships.
• Maintain existing client relationships and provide product information.
• Develop, write, and review client proposals with financial/technical sections.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and pricing models.
• Handle pricing, payments, and accounts receivable management.
• Support QA and participate in industry/trade shows.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Operations, and project teams.
