Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a qualified leader to funnel growth across HVAC and Building Automation, overseeing a team of Account Managers to develop sales, profits, and strong client relationships within the commercial sector.

The role collaborates with Sales Directors and Operations to maximize market potential, mentor the team, and deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, proposals, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; B.A./B.S. desired.
• 7+ years of sales experience in HVAC/Automation field.
• Prior Sales Leadership/Management experience desired.
• Good time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent PC skills: Excel, Word, Dynamics, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a business plan and sales strategy to attain company sales goals and profitability.
• Ensures Account Managers meet activity standards for prospecting, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Managers.
• Mentors and coaches the team to build motivation and selling skills.
• Maintains contact with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
