EMCOR Mesa is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with clients across vertical markets, promoting HVAC, energy efficiency, and related services. You will collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts.

Ideal candidates have a business or technical background, 3+ years in HVAC service, strong presentation and financial skills, and the drive to meet annual sales plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Competitive, articulate, goal oriented, high energy.

Mansioni

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and write client proposal documents.
• Manage client pricing and payments, A/R, and QA support.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and team to meet objectives.
• Present to clients and participate in trade shows and industry events.
• Develop sales at defined margins to attain market share.
• Coordinate with Operations, chiller teams, and project management for opportunities.
• Attend product and sales training events and professional development.
