EMCOR Services Mesa Energy seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the Mesa Energy Systems team, drive new business, and develop key client relationships in HVAC and Building Automation. You will partner with the Branch Manager to realize sales potential, coach Account Managers, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling pricing strategies that maximize profit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or related field; BA/BS desired.
• 7+ years sales experience
• Prior management experience
• Strong time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet annual goals.
• Lead Account Managers to meet activity standards and close deals.
• Coach Account Managers to improve motivation and selling skills.
• Maintain contact with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare pricing on completed prospect applications.
• Create and deliver proposals and RFP responses.
• Coordinate marketing plans and penetration of new markets.
• Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines.
