Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy, a full-service HVAC and energy solutions contractor, is seeking an Account Manager in Modesto, CA. You will build and maintain relationships with clients across vertical markets, promoting maintenance, repair, replacement, service, and energy efficiency offerings to grow Mesa products and services.

You will collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts, while delivering compelling proposals and pricing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Competitive, articulate, goal oriented, and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts, provide clients with product services/information, maintain existing client relationships, develop sales presentations, and follow through with each client and opportunity.
• Maintain client pricing and payments, A/R management, client correspondence, QA support, and industry/trade show participation.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager and other team members to review and improve account programs and processes to meet objectives.
• Manage sales at defined margins to attain market share and maximize profitability of account clients.
• Reach written, annual sales plans and contribute to automation and controls sales plans.
