EMCOR Mesa in Modesto, CA is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships across vertical markets, promoting maintenance, repair, replacement, service, and energy efficiency offerings. You will collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HVAC service or related fields, with strong presentation and financial acumen.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and proposals, including pricing models.
• Coordinate with Operations, chiller teams, project management, and sales to maximize opportunities.
• Manage client pricing, payments, A/R, and communications.
• Attend product and sales training events and help meet annual sales plans.
