Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Maintenance Sales Associate to build relationships, identify opportunities, and sell maintenance contracts across HVAC, chiller, and energy solutions. You will develop proposals, present options to clients, and collaborate with operations and project teams to maximize profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC sales, strong presentation skills, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or a technical discipline.
2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial, chiller or maintenance service sales.
Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
Financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals.
Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
Independent decision making is required.
MS Office 365 proficiency; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Develop sales presentations and follow through on opportunities.
Create client proposals with financial and technical content using standard templates.
Align with sales leadership to meet targeted objectives and grow market share.
Interact with other departments to ensure professional execution of proposals.
