EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Senior Account Manager in West Sacramento to grow sales, profits, and client relationships. You will sell the complete EMCOR Service operations, maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy solutions packages to facilities across the region.

Responsibilities include developing proposals, managing pricing and payments, A/R, P/L reporting, QA support, and participating in industry events.

Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred.
• 8+ years’ sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision-making is required.
• Computer skills using MS Office required. Strong Excel skills are required.

Mansioni

• Establish relationships with prospective clients and develop new accounts.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
• Maintain client pricing, A/R management and P/L reports.
• Support QA and industry/trade show participation.
• Collaborate with Director of Business Development and Project Managers to meet objectives.
• Develop sales within defined margin levels to attain market share.
• Review and improve account programs to maximize growth and profitability.
