Job summary

Dashiell is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support the Engineering Department in Dallas, TX. The role reports to the Supervising Project Manager and focuses on coordinating engineering cost schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management for high voltage substation and transmission projects.

You will develop dashboards, track progress, analyze variances, and ensure project data accuracy for efficient execution within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of project management experience in engineering.
• Experience with high voltage projects preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support EPC engineering execution controls including forecasting and progress reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractors for high voltage projects.
• Maintain and publish weekly performance dashboards.
• Lead status reviews and ensure audit-ready project data.
• Track labor and cashflow forecasts and coordinate reforecasts.
• Manage change orders through approval and cost updates.
