Job summary

Dashiell, a leader in electrical infrastructure services, seeks an Assistant Engineering Project Manager to support project management within engineering. The role is based in Dallas, TX, reporting to the Supervising Project Manager.

The position focuses on creating cost schedules, coordinating procurement, managing subcontractors, and driving accurate reporting and audit-ready documentation to enable efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; applicable experience may substitute the degree.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; one year preferred.
• Prior project controls experience; power industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation of engineering cost schedules and manage procurement.
• Coordinate subcontractors for high voltage projects and ensure cost control.
• Maintain project data across Smartsheet, trackers, logs, and reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and summaries with accurate data.
• Support EPM with meeting scheduling, minutes, and action tracking.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and properly organized.
