Job summary

Dashiell Corporation in Houston, TX seeks an Engineering Project Manager to support project control activities within the Engineering Department under guidance of the Supervising Project Manager. You will help ensure projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and with accurate cost tracking.

The role requires three years of project management experience in engineering, familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of project management experience on engineering projects.
• Experience with high voltage engineering projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 or MS Project required.
• Attention to detail to accurately complete records and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engineering cost schedules and baselines.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractors for projects.
• Develop weekly dashboards and report variances.
• Track deliverables (IFA/IFC) and manage change orders.
• Support status reviews and maintain audit-ready data.
