Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks an Engineering Project Manager in the Dallas area to support EPC engineering execution and controls. You will coordinate cost schedules, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will work with Project Controls and Accounting on labor coding, accruals, and forecasts, and publish weekly dashboards to track progress and variances.

Qualifications

• Three years of project management experience required for engineering projects.
• Experience in high voltage engineering projects preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is required.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in order entries, proposals, and reports.
• Strong written and oral communication to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engineering cost schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management for HV substation and transmission projects.
• Coordinate labor and cost forecasting, and align with project controls and accounting.
• Maintain engineering deliverables, baselines, progress, and dependencies; escalate risks.
• Track procurement readiness and resolve gaps in inputs and schedules.
• Lead or support status reviews and ensure audit-ready project data and documentation.
