Job summary

Dashiell, a Quanta Services unit, is seeking an Assistant Engineering Project Manager in Dallas to support project management and cost control for high-voltage substations and transmission projects. The role reports to the Supervising Project Manager and is based in our Dallas, TX office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), strong communication, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Experience in project controls is preferred.
• Power Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation of engineering cost schedules.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractors for high voltage projects.
• Maintain project data across tracking tools and reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Support EPM-led meetings with scheduling and minutes.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Assist with cross-functional coordination and special projects.
