Job summary

Theneuronclinic is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. You will work with the HR department to help record staff information, manage job board listings, schedule interviews, and onboard new staff.

You will also support wellness programs, answer questions about HR policies, file documentation, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with HR knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources or knowledge of HR policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with HR processes and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Record data for employees, including addresses, earnings, time off, performance appraisals, and more
• Handle recruiting, job board posting and responses, scheduling interviewing, and conducting basic onboarding for new employees
• Support HR staff with documentation, processing paperwork, and more
• Implement and engage staff in wellness programs to support and promote a healthy lifestyle
• Answer phones, relay messages, and manage staff questions on HR-related matters as needed
• Perform regular audits of documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of documentation and staff issues, as required
