Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) space in the United States. You will close sales, win new business within a defined territory, and engage HR and executive decision-makers to present high-quality ADP solutions that improve client outcomes.

You will participate in award-winning training, pursue growth opportunities, and enjoy a competitive compensation package with Day 1 benefits as you manage multiple deals from lead to implementation.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple processes.
• Experienced in outside B2B sales with quota responsibility.
• Proven track record of closing sales and growing territory.
• Military experience is a plus for teamwork and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Close sales by recommending ADP solutions that meet client needs.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to expand business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
