Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative in the United States for the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) segment. You will close sales, win new business, and manage a defined territory while engaging with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.

You will cultivate multiple sales processes, document them, and advance deals through implementation. Expect industry-leading compensation, incentives, and ongoing training as you progress within a global leader in HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
• Strategic closer with a quota and outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven winner who thrives under pressure and seeks to exceed quotas.
• Three years of B2B sales experience preferred; military experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined, protected territory to close sales and hit goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending the right ADP solutions.
• Cross-sell with ADP associates to expand business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
