Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory. You will participate in our training program and join a sales team selling HR solutions to improve employees' lives with benefits across hire-to-retire.

In this role you’ll manage multiple sales processes, engage HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions. ADP offers strong compensation, benefits, incentives, and ongoing sales training to help you

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience -- We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals in a defined territory.
