Job summary

ADP, a global leader in human resources outsourcing, is seeking a Sales Representative to close sales within a defined territory and win new business. You’ll participate in award-winning training and collaborate with clients to tailor ADP HR solutions across hire-to-retire processes.

Daily, you will build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, manage multiple deals to implementation, and enjoy industry-leading compensation, benefits, and recognition.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with persistence; able to cold call and multi-task.
• Outside B2B sales experience with a quota and territory management.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding quotas.
• College degree is not required; alternative experience may include 3 years of B2B sales or military service.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within a defined territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Close sales by recommending ADP solutions to meet client needs and build referrals.
• Cross-sell across ADP to develop opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor and maintain professional integrity while advancing deals.
