Avolta AG, based at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD, seeks an HRMS Analyst II - Time & Attendance to administer core HR and Time & Attendance systems, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements across HR applications.

This role delivers expert Tier 2 support, configures accrual rules in UKG, and partners with IT and HR teams to implement upgrades and new integrations. Strong analytics, documentation, and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and professional experience must exceed 5 years
• 3-5 years HRMS analytics in a technical role
• Experience with HRMS and HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Kronos is a plus
• Microsoft Office advanced knowledge including lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas

Responsibilities

• Delivers advanced Tier 2 technical support for HRMS inquiries
• Manages UKG accrual processes and troubleshoot accrual issues
• Implements changes to accrual calculations in UKG
• Responds to HRIS ServiceNow tickets and resolves defects
• Maintains system foundation tables, workflows, and configurations across HRIS
• Conducts regular data integrity audits to ensure compliance
• Provides user training on UKG and other HR systems
• Develops user guides and knowledge resources
• Manages user access and security across HR systems
• Creates and maintains technical documentation and SOPs
• Participates in HRMS upgrades, patches, and integrations
• Collaborates with IT and stakeholders for seamless integrations
