Job summary

HMSHost seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst II located at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems, optimizing integrations, and ensuring compliant reporting for HR and Payroll teams.

You will analyze data flows, implement improvements, and partner with IT on system upgrades while supporting audits and user training. A strong Excel / HRIS background with SuccessFactors and ADP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HRIS/ERP experience in a technical role; bachelor’s degree counts for 2 of 5 years
• Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience is common in the industry (3–5 years)
• Experience processing high-volume data and mapping/configuring core HR modules
• Strong knowledge of data integrity, auditing and reporting in HRIS
• Experience with data integrations and systems upgrades preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains data integrity across HRIS and payroll applications.
• Analyses HRIS integrations and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Ensures seamless data flow between HR, Payroll and downstream systems.
• Generates audit/compliance reports.
• Verifies work records reflect entered data accurately.
• Identifies data inconsistencies and works with IT to resolve root causes.
• Audits enterprise applications to fix data errors at the source.
• Performs mass data changes for merit increases and job data transactions.
• Diagnoses system errors and trains HR staff on enhancements.
