HMSHost Corporation seeks an HRIS Analyst II to maintain HRIS and payroll integrations at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD. You will ensure data integrity and optimize cross‑platform data flows for HR and Payroll teams.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/ERP with SAP SuccessFactors, advanced Excel, and strong analytical skills. You will support audits, generate reports, and train HR staff on system updates in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area; 5+ years HRIS/ERP experience.
• 5+ years in a technical HRIS role with SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data integration.

Responsibilities

• Examines application data for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance; prepares summary report on improvements.
• Analyzes the integration process and its efficiency over time; proposes and may implement improvements.
• Ensures seamless data flow between HR, Payroll and downstream applications.
• Generates reports for audit and compliance.
• Audits enterprise applications and rectifies root causes of errors.
• Creates user manuals and trains HR staff on system enhancements.
