Bright Horizons seeks a dynamic Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize UKG Pro WFM_time & Attendance, ensuring accurate time capture, pay rules, accruals, and regulatory compliance across US/UK. This remote US position involves collaborating with HR, Payroll, Legal and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Business Analyst with UKG Time & Attendance, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong communication skills to present findings to

Competenze

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience with UKG Time & Attendance focus.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred with relevant experience considered.
• US-based; Bright Horizons does not sponsor employment authorization/visa.

Mansioni

• Act as primary system administrator and SME for UKG Time & Attendance.
• Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of modules for US/UK.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specs for compliance.
• Configure complex pay policies, labor rules, and accruals per laws.
• Develop UKG integrations for US and UK, oversee testing cycles.
• Communicate impacts of UKG changes to stakeholders across regions.
