Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping SME to own and support our timekeeping system(s). You will be the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it, bridging the system with HR and Payroll.

The role ensures system integrity, supports timely payroll processing, troubleshoots issues, guides users, and collaborates on enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understand HR's role in business and day-to-day activities.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive timekeeping system support to employees and managers.
• Audit timekeeping for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HR/Payroll stakeholder relationships for timely updates.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes.
• Ensure timely system access and training for new users.
• Complete proxy setups to ensure service continuity.
