Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate payroll processing and system integrity.

You will partner with HR and Payroll to resolve issues, conduct audits, and support training and access for new users. This role emphasizes collaboration and policy compliance while driving improvements in timekeeping tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline is required.
• Two to three years of hands-on HR practices and policies experience is needed.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s), including system navigation and issue resolution.
• Regularly audit timekeeping usage to ensure policy and CBAs compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to stay updated on Ryder processes and payroll changes.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials to reflect system updates and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure new users have timely access to the system and necessary training.
• Complete proxy setups to prevent service disruption during absences.
