Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will bridge the system, users, HR, and Payroll, ensuring data integrity and compliant payroll processing.

You will audit timekeeping practices, coordinate access and training for new roles, and support system enhancements. Strong communication and HR knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent in HR, business, or computer systems.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years HR experience with policies and practices is required.
• Understanding the HR role and its impact on business and employees.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SME support for timekeeping systems to employees and managers.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance in timekeeping.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to stay aligned on processes and updates.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials.
• Ensure new users gain timely access with proper training.
