Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to act as the central point of contact for employees and supervisors. The role coordinates between the timekeeping system, HR, and Payroll, ensuring system integrity and accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities include auditing for policy compliance, supporting users, and updating training materials. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and knowledge of Workday/ServiceNow are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, computer systems or similar required.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies preferred.
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and how they interact with timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for Ryder timekeeping systems to employees and managers.
• Audit timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance, including CBAs.
• Collaborate with HR/Payroll to communicate updates and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials and knowledge resources.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
