Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping SME to support employees and managers navigating its timekeeping systems and ensure accurate payroll processing. You will audit usage, validate access, and collaborate with HR and Payroll to address issues and enhancements.

The role requires strong communication, process discipline, and the ability to train and guide system users across the organization. Limited travel may be involved.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline is required.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems.
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Update and distribute training materials for timekeeping systems.
• Ensure new users have timely access and training.
