Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping SME to serve as the subject matter expert for Ryder's timekeeping systems. You will be the central point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring system integrity and smooth payroll processing across HR and Payroll functions.

The role requires strong communication, audit capability, and the ability to update training materials while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Formación

• Associate degree in HR, business, computer systems, or similar discipline.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies (experience preferred).
• Understanding of HR processes and their impact on business operations.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for Ryder's timekeeping systems and main point of contact for employees and supervisors.
• Coordinate across HR and Payroll to maintain system integrity and support payroll processing.
• Conduct audits of timekeeping to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Update training materials and create knowledge resources for end users.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role transitions.
• Set up proxies to ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors as needed.
