Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping SME to serve as the central expert for Ryder’s timekeeping system(s). You will act as the link between users, HR, and Payroll, ensuring system integrity and accurate payroll processing across the enterprise.

You will conduct audits, guide users, train staff, and collaborate on system enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate degree in HR, business, CS, or similar.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understand HR role and its influence on business.
• Train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interrelationship.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Audit timekeeping for policy compliance and CBAs.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll on processes and updates.
• Update training materials for system changes and compliance.
• Ensure new users get timely access and training.
• Set up proxies to prevent disruption during absences.
• Provide user support for system navigation and integrations.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders/vendors.
• Monitor and analyze system reports for data discrepancies.
• Maintain centralized knowledge resources and FAQs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
