Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the expert for our timekeeping platforms. You will be the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it, bridging the gap between the system, users, HR, and Payroll.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, audit timekeeping practices, support payroll processing, and help implement enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar.
• 1 year or more experience with time keeping systems is a plus.
• 2 years or more in HR practices and policies.
• Must understand the role of Human Resources and its influence on the business.
• Must know how to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Update timekeeping training materials for evolving needs and compliance.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
• Complete proxy set-ups to avoid service disruption.
