Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping SME to serve as the expert for Ryder’s timekeeping systems. The role acts as the bridge between users, HR, and Payroll, ensuring system integrity and accurate payroll processing.

You will troubleshoot, guide users, and support system enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Key duties include auditing timekeeping, managing access and training, and coordinating with HR/Payroll on updates.

Formación

• Associate's degree in HR, general business, computer systems, or similar field.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understand HR role and how it affects business and employees.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interrelationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems.
• Regularly audit timekeeping for policy compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll on process updates and disputes.
• Update and distribute training materials to reflect changes.
• Ensure new and transferring users have proper access and training.
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository (QRGs/FAQs).
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors as needed.
