Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the expert for our timekeeping platforms. You will be the central contact for employees submitting time and managers approving it, bridging between the system, users, HR and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing.

You will conduct regular audits, troubleshoot issues, provide training materials, and maintain access and proxy setups for new users, ensuring policy compliance and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR/Business/CS or related field.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Strong understanding of HR's influence on business.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interrelation.
• Knowledge of compliance rules (US, Puerto Rico, Canada).
• MS Office proficiency; Workday/ServiceNow familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive support for timekeeping systems and payroll inquiries.
• Audits to ensure policy compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain relationships with HR/Payroll stakeholders.
• Update training materials and ensure access for new users.
• Set up proxies to prevent service disruption.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties.
• Monitor system reports for data integrity.
