Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping Systems SME to serve as a central point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate time entry and smooth payroll processing.

You will coordinate across HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues, conduct audits, update training materials, and manage user access, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on HR experience.
• Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll interfaces.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Experience with compliance rules (federal, state, local) relevant to U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive system navigation and payroll dispute support.
• Audit timekeeping for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll on process updates.
• Maintain training materials and user guides.
• Grant timely access to new users and role changes.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors.
