Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME in the United States to serve as a central contact for employees and managers. You will ensure system integrity, support payroll processing, and coordinate with HR and Payroll on enhancements and compliance.

The role involves auditing timekeeping, maintaining training materials, and enabling timely access for new and transitioning users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems, or related field.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems preferred.
• 2+ years in HR practices and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system.
• Audit timekeeping usage for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll on system updates and disputes.
• Maintain training materials and ensure timely user access.
• Set up proxy access and ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
