Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a timekeeping Subject Matter Expert to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors using timekeeping systems. The role ensures system integrity, supports payroll accuracy, and collaborates with HR and Payroll on enhancements and compliance.

The position involves audits, user guidance, training material updates, access provisioning, and issue escalation to ensure seamless payroll processing and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2 years or more hands-on experience in Human Resources practices and policies.
• Understanding of the HR role and its influence on day-to-day business.
• Ability to train and influence system users and drive adoption.
• Knowledge of the inter-relationship between timekeeping and Payroll.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive timekeeping system support to employees and managers, including navigation and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy compliance and data integrity in timekeeping and related systems.
• Maintain close collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders on processes and updates.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely access provisioning for new users and role transitions.
• Create and maintain knowledge resources (QRGs, FAQs) for quick reference.
